Kanye West, 39, has been spending tons of time with his daughter North West, 3, and son Saint West, 1, following his shocking hospitalization. “Being a father completely changed Kanye’s life and who he was,” a source tells People magazine about his relationship with the kids. “He’s an incredibly proud, doting, involved and loving father.
